QK Live - Withdrawal Policy
This policy governs the earnings calculation and withdrawal process for eligible users on QK.
1. Source of Earnings
Withdrawable earnings are generated only from:
- Virtual gifts received from other users
- Eligible subscription revenue
Any rewards or winnings generated from games or entertainment features are non-withdrawable and remain for in-app use only.
2. Revenue Calculation
Earnings are subject to a revenue-sharing model defined within the platform.
Net earnings are calculated after deducting operational costs, payment gateway fees, and any regulatory obligations.
3. Holding Period
All earnings are subject to a review period before becoming withdrawable:
- Apple payments: 14 days
- Web payments: 3 days
After the holding period, earnings are transferred to "Available Earnings".
4. Monthly Withdrawal Cycle
Withdrawals are not processed daily.
- Withdrawal requests are allowed only between the 1st and 20th of each month.
- From the 21st until the end of the month, withdrawal requests are disabled.
- Approved withdrawals are processed on the 1st of the following month.
No exceptions apply.
5. Minimum Withdrawal
Users must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as defined within the platform.
6. Review & Approval
All withdrawal requests are subject to administrative review.
QK reserves the right to reject or suspend any request in cases of:
- Fraudulent activity
- System abuse
- Violation of terms
7. Refund & Deductions
In the event of payment refunds or reversals, QK reserves the right to deduct related amounts from any pending or available earnings.
If a negative balance occurs, the account may be temporarily frozen until resolved.
8. Payment Method
Withdrawals are processed via bank transfer or other approved payout methods based on the user's submitted details.
