Terms and Conditions – QK

Please read these Terms carefully before using the QK application. By accessing or registering on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

QK is a digital social platform that enables users to create content, live stream, participate in voice rooms, interact through digital gifts, subscriptions, and entertainment features within the application. QK is a technology company and does not provide banking, investment, or gambling services.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. QK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate age requirements.

Account Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of provided information, maintaining account confidentiality, and all activities conducted under their account. QK may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse or unlawful activity.

Virtual Currency System

The platform provides internal virtual currency used exclusively within QK for digital gifts, subscriptions, and features. These virtual credits do not represent real currency, have no cash value outside the platform, and are not convertible to cash except as permitted under the withdrawal policy. QK may modify pricing or usage rules at any time.

Games and Entertainment Features

The application may include entertainment games or interactive features. Any rewards earned from such games are credited to a non-withdrawable internal balance and do not constitute cash earnings. Games are strictly for entertainment purposes and do not represent gambling or wagering systems.

Earnings and Withdrawals

Withdrawable earnings originate solely from eligible digital gifts or subscriptions in accordance with platform policies. Withdrawals may require identity verification, compliance with local laws, and meeting minimum thresholds. QK reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawal requests in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

Fees and Revenue Sharing

Creator earnings are subject to the platform’s revenue-sharing model. Users are entitled to a percentage of the net gift or subscription value after deducting operational costs, payment processing fees, and regulatory expenses. QK reserves the right to modify fees or revenue percentages in accordance with platform policies.

Payments

All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. All virtual coin purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is successfully completed. QK is not responsible for errors or delays caused by payment processors.

Dispute and Chargeback Policy

If a user initiates a chargeback or financial dispute without legitimate grounds, QK reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account, freeze or revoke the balance related to the disputed transaction, restrict withdrawals, and pursue legal action in cases of suspected fraud. Users acknowledge that reversing payments for coins already used within the platform may constitute misuse or fraudulent activity. QK may cooperate with payment providers and authorities in investigating suspicious financial activity.

User Conduct

Users are prohibited from posting unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content, or misusing the gift or game systems. QK reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All rights related to the platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by QK. No part of the application may be copied or redistributed without written authorization.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided as is without warranties of any kind. QK shall not be liable for indirect financial losses, service interruptions, technical failures beyond its control, or actions of other users.

Account Suspension or Termination

QK may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requests, or security concerns.

Amendments

QK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates, subject to mandatory local regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QK, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In all cases, QK’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to the platform within the twelve months preceding the claim.

Force Majeure

QK shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet disruptions, payment processor failures, governmental actions, or regulatory restrictions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QK from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the applicable jurisdiction governing the platform. Users waive any right to participate in class actions or representative claims.

International Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with local laws in their jurisdiction. QK reserves the right to restrict or suspend services in any country subject to legal or regulatory limitations.
